Miejsce bardzo czyste, było wszystko co niezbędne w czasie urlopu. Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja i basen wszytsko na plus. Apartament też ma dobre polożenie blisko pięknych plaż. Łatwy check-in i checkout. Polecamy serdecznie.

Może z 2 dodatkowe ręczniki by się przydały i parasol plażowy (ale to tylko detal) bo wszytsko było na plus.

Difficile de se garer à certaines heures

The location was great, it was a good size and overall was cleaned to a good standard.

The apartment itself was in a good location and had many positive aspects, but our experience was overshadowed by the host's communication. Before arrival, I asked a routine question to confirm the apartment's floor and whether the air conditioning was working, as I was travelling with elderly relatives and had experienced issues with air conditioning in previous accommodation. The host immediately responded defensively. After check-in, I reported two genuine maintenance concerns: the bedroom air conditioning didn't seem to be cooling properly, and the kettle repeatedly tripped the apartment's electrical circuit, making it unusable. Rather than addressing these issues, the host repeatedly accused me of arriving "predisposed to complain", questioned my motives, and even suggested that I leave the property. I found this response unnecessarily confrontational and felt uncomfortable reporting legitimate maintenance and safety concerns. In the end, I told the host that things were fine just so we could put it to bed and enjoy our stay - that isn’t ok. There were also several maintenance issues that affected our stay. The sofa was noticeably stained, and the balcony railings did not feel secure, which was concerning. While these issues did not prevent us from completing our stay, they contributed to the feeling that the property would benefit from better maintenance. I work for one of the UK's largest tour operators and deal with customer service and guest experience on a daily basis. I therefore appreciate that issues can arise in any property. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the level of customer service and professionalism we experienced from the host fell well below what I would expect. At no point did I seek compensation or make unreasonable demands, I simply reported maintenance issues that any responsible guest should report.
