Localização muito boa para quem quer descobrir a costa sudeste da ilha. Muito próximo de várias calas, tem o porto de PortoPetro onde se pode alugar barco sem licença. Próximo de Cala D'Or onde tem muitos restaurantes. Apartamento com espaco suficiente para 6 pessoas, tem um quintal com churrasqueira, óptimo para passar o final de tarde.
Apartamento com falta de alguns equipamentos, nomeadamente uma mesa na cozinha ajudava a preparar refeições, casas de banho sem prateleiras quer no duche e fora deste. Um dos duches é pequeno e ainda com cortina dificultando o banho. Colchões das camas poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Tem lugar de estacionamento, que não é respeitado pelos outros inquilinos. Apartamento a precisar de uma boa renovação.

La ubicación es perfecta, tener jardines con barbacoa es genial ya que íbamos con niños. El apartamento era espacioso y la climatización iba muy bien
El apartamento ganaria mucho con pequeños detalles: Poner el tapon de la cisterna, colocar bien el secador, poner mas luz en las habitaciones…
