Excellent helpful friendly host. Super apartment and spotlessly clean right on the front next to the beach.

Make sure you're on the middle of the ramp on the way out for the sensor to spot you to open the automated gate. Everything else was perfect.

We liked the fact that we were on the 6th floor so we got a good sea view. The apartment was clean and modern and the beds were really comfortable. Also loved the en suite shower room as well as the separate bathroom. Although we didn't use them, the dishwasher and washing machine were a good idea if needed. We liked the owners communication via messages and then when he met us outside of the apartments with relevant information. The car park is secure and private. The beach was just across from the apartment, a short walk. We visited the local circus - highly recommend!!

Great Yarmouth is quite a deprived area. Too many arcades and fish n chip shops and people sat outside of their houses on a chair smoking or looking high!
