    After booking and staying at this hotel in August we decided to book again this October . Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing maintenance so we were unable to stay there but we were provided with accommodation in the near by dolphin hotel at no extra cost . Both hotels whilst not being used to their full potential potentialy losing the company thousands each month were clean and lovely places to stay . The staff member I encountered at the dolphine was a wonder man who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and is a credit to the company . Will stay again very soon I hope

    Yes it was out of another decade, and reminiscent of the film the Shining, red carpets, curtains etc but we found our room clean. I knew what we were getting but it was comfortable, and cheap. You can park for free 5 or 10 mins walk away lots of free parking in Yarmouth. Walls are thin so can hear what neighbours are saying in other rooms. But for the price and location it was ok, just what we needed a place to sleep in.

    I booked a room for Monday 2nd December straight forward enough but was told that I would receive a code to gain entry I was getting concerned as the day went on I didn't receive one I tried ringing the numbander which was an 0208 number I and I tried messaging but received no code Although the hotel was cheap it wasn't straight forward and I found myself without a room and had to abandon my plans and catch the train home last train Why did I not receive a entry code etc and what can u do to make up for the night I paid for Very dissatisfied David Grant
