EVERYTHING!!! We have 2 special needs children and have to book carefully. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this condo!! Tree Top Villa 5401 is off the charts. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Nice new washing machine and dryer. Everything you needed to cook. Balconies downstairs and up!! Peaceful and quiet. 3 pools with places to shower and nice bathrooms at the pool. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk on a beautiful trail to the beach. The beach was so clean and not over crowded. We will definitely be here next vacation!! They're were beach items to use, a nice wagon to haul your stuff to the beach!! 4 bicycles (we didn't use them) nothing is missing... I'm telling you this is the place to be! Communication with Robin was excellent. Decorations were perfect!! Coffee Bar was a bit with everyone!
