Villa Oyster Bay is the heavenly destination that quietens the mind and exhilarates the soul. With miles of pristine coastline and endless possibilities to make your stay one to enjoy, savor, inspire, excite and delight. Whether it’s your annual multi generational family trip , a solo trip, ladies or gents trip or a new destination trip, your awaited memories will last a lifetime.
Villa Oyster Bay is located in the lush tropical enclave of Treetops/Ocean Breeze Private Residences. Once you park you will have every convenience nearby to make your trip optimized and enjoyed within walking distance. Our beach dwelling is less than a minute from the parking lot and away from vehicle noise. A meandering tree lined footpath takes you to our stairwell and we are located on the second floor.
Treetops is located steps from the main thoroughfare of Forest Avenue and then mere moments to the prized and treasured South Forest Beach, altogether 6-7 minutes if walking or 3-4 minutes by bike. Considered one of the top family vacation destinations in the U.S. with miles of white sandy beaches paired with the temperature ready ocean to swim in or just watch the majestic waves roll in and out. Laze under the warm gaze of the sun and perhaps a good beach read; we have plenty of onsite books to share.
An early morning beach visit will have you in awe as the crescendo sunrise greets your day with a curtsy to the ever enveloping Hilton Head Island beauty as old as time and yet renews daily. This must see experience is quietly paralleled by only that of the colorful myriad of the setting sun and the kaleidoscope of colorful magic painting the evening skies.
The Treetops private community is comprised of three pools to spend fun filled days splashing or play tennis at the well situated court nearby.
Visit Coligny Plaza a 15 minute leisurely walk away or ride a bike through the many paths shaded by the benevolent Spanish moss that drapes off the arms of the stately oak trees en route. Once there in the beating heart of the famed Coligny Plaza you’ll find some of the best eateries to appease every palate and age, as well as charming art shops, antique shops, and of course the much coveted souvenir shops.
The new 10 acre Celebration Park is in the same vicinity and offers outdoor entertainment with fitness stations, lawn events, an open pavilion and festivals. A children’s museum and sand box are also sought after.

Kitchen
The kitchen has every possible accoutrement you will need to prepare and cook meals. Modern appliances as well as dishes, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, waffle maker, Ninjia indoor grill, wok, blender, and a washer/dryer all make up the kitchens functionality.
The first screened in patio is accessible off the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy any alfresco meal. A dining table with six comfortable chairs along with a ceiling fan and string lights will also beckon guests to stay awhile. The guest bedroom also has access to this patio.
Dining Area
The interior dining area is adjacent to the kitchen for more formal meals or game night. The table extends to accommodate six guests.
Living/Den Area
The dining area flows into the living area which is reminiscent of a coastal theme. With luxurious seating you will relax at the days end in spacious comfort.
Beyond the living/den area is the second screened in patio area. Along with a comfy settee and two armchairs this space has tables and greenery. You’ll find yourself in the midst of coastal decor and various ocean blues and lush tropical trees and vegetation. It really is a room with a view of the pool and outdoor living at its best.
A stairway leads off the patio to one of the three pools on site. This comfortable patio is the perfect place to sojourn, relax and perhaps clink a celebratory glass with good company or in peacefulness and a morning coffee.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is off the living/den area and has access to the second patio area. Along with a coffee there is no better way to ease into the day of promised adventure and sunshine bliss. The queen bed offers luxury bedding and comfort. A flat screen tv with cable and Netflix, two night stands, a large closet, two dressers, a ceiling fan and ample lighting all perfectly round out the room efficiently and stylishly.
The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower and travel sized toiletries for your convenience. This bathroom evokes a coastal theme in keeping with the rest of the villa.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom has two full beds so guests can sleep comfortably. The coastal decor is mimicked so that you know you have entered paradise.
The closet has ample space for all the guests belongings. Access to the first patio can be made from this bedroom. This guest room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and lots of other streaming channels.
A new pack-n-play is available for age appropriate children and is stored in the guest closet.
A second bathroom is located beside the guest bedroom. It has all the expected bathroom necessities and the decor is inspired by coastal delights.

The host was so welcoming and responsive. The condo was perfect and had a chill vibe. Nearby golf at Sea Pines was exceptional. Perfectly situated for shopping, great food and the beach!

We had a very nice stay here. Short walk to the beach and to shops. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a relaxing experience. Love all the trees & shade. Both porches so nice & private. Was nice they were both screened in. Lay out of rooms very functional & offers privacy. Having 2 bathrooms was great too! Only a 4 min bike ride to the Alder beach. Very chill & serene at the beach. Not crowded at all. There’s a nice lunch place right there too & snow cones. Also restrooms & showers to rinse feet off. We rode our bikes 5 minutes down the road to get a few groceries for breakfast the one morning. Everything very convenient. Always ample parking right outside condo area. Very peaceful, other guests very friendly too! Just hear a lot of wild life never a lot of people. Would definitely recommend this condo to a family! The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked most meals in & relaxed.
