De omgeving is erg rustig. Alles was netjes. We brachten veel tijd door op het zonnige terras.

HEt was donker toen we aankwamen. We kregen enkel een adres maar dat vind je niet met de GPS. Eigenlijk is het vlak aan het rondpunt. Als je dan eenmaal binnen bent, volgt de volgende uitdaging: vInd het appartement. Er staan nergens nummers op de blokken. We hebben uiteindelijk bij een andere bewoner aangebeld. . Het gerief in de keuken is erg beperkt.

Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements

Kommunikation zur Übernahme und Abreise der Unterkunft. Keine detaillierten Infos zu der genauen Adresse und Zugangs- und anderen Codes wie Wlan, auch nicht auf mehrfache Nachfrage. Bei Ankunft nur durch mehrere Telefonate die Appartement Nr. und den Code zum Schloss erfahren. Am Abreisetag war bereits nach 10 Uhr der Code für die Tür nicht mehr gültig, was nicht sehr Gäste-freundlich ist, wenn man auch noch z.B. Müll entsorgen soll.

This accommodation was absolutely great: starting from the location and ending with the fact that it is a new apartment in a super modern complex, where it is quiet. The view from the living room over the Agaete coast is perfect, the possibility of using a parking space is unique, the availability of all basic necessities and groceries in the city is fully functional. But what I would like to highlight once again is the entire city of Agaete and the location of the complex - this is exactly why I would like to return soon.

Minor points: The welcome email uses English words that are not entirely clear, and the inclusion of two GPS coordinates in both the email and the additional booking system was confusing. To clarify - you do not enter the apartment directly, but first need to go through the entrance gate to the fenced complex.

Mauvaise communication concernant l 'adresse , après plusieurs tentatives par nous même , nous avons été forcés de demander autour de nous Impossible de joindre les 2 n de tél indiqués sur notre descriptif, pour pouvoir accéder à notre appartement, car nous n 'avions pas de possibilités de rentrer car aucun code ne nous avait été envoyé au préalable. Après 2 h d 'attente, une personne nous rappelle et nous communique enfin les différents codes pour accéder dans la résidence et dans l ' appartement Manque d ustensiles de cuisine .
