Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment, 10 minutes walk from the many restaurants in Puerto de las Nieves.
The instructions from Lightbooking on how to gain entry were not at all clear, for example the "electronic key" is for the door to the building, not the door to the apartment, which has a keypad. We were given the wrong code for the keypad and it took us at least half an hour on the phone to Lightbooking to get that sorted, mainly because it took a long time to convince them that it wasn't our fault that we couldn't get in, eg having to send them a photo of the door and keypad to prove we were not trying to enter the wrong apartment and getting answers like "our system says the lock is working".
