Casa bastante limpa e igual ao anúncio. Piscina e varanda maravilhosas! Localização boa, zona muito tranquila e a uma pequena distância a pé das piscinas naturais.

Apenas achámos que a cozinha podia estar mais bem equipada, tinha mesmo só o básico. Por exemplo, não tinha torradeira.

Lage war gut. Ferienwohnung, daher kein Frühstück.

Die Kommunikation. Wir hatten Probleme, in die Wohnung zu kommen. Laut Aussage des Putzpersonals kommt das öfter vor. Unsere diversen Versuche, Kontakt zum Vermieter aufzunehmen scheiterten allesamt. Ohne eine Diskussion radebrechenderweise mit einer Putzfrau ständen wir heute noch vor verschlossener Tür.

Quiet location. Spacious apartment. Clean and functional. Twenty five minute walk down to the harbour and the restaurants.

It was like playing a breakout room to get access to the flat. We had to sign an electronic document, and then also pay a deposit before the door PIN was sent to us. I was lucky to have opened the email while I was on the plane so that I could pay the deposit on time. It was dusk when we arrived, and the instructions for entering were not clear-- perhaps a more concise translation from Spanish to English would have helped us understand what we needed to do to gain access. We tried to contact the manager through Booking.com several times, but did not get any reply. There were no instructions/guidance about the flat. We had to contact the property managers (whoever they were) to get information about the wifi. We only discovered on the last day that there were sun loungers/beach chairs tucked away in a cupboard on the terrace. There were no chairs by the terrace, so we didn't even try to use the pool or the surrounding area. We are STILL WAITING to have the DEPOSIT RETURNED to us.
