حجزي كان يشمل الموقف عندما ارسلت له بخصوص الموقف لحجزه اشترط علي سوف اوفر لك موقف بشرط انك قبل تسلم الشقة تنظفها طبعا الشقة بعيدة عن وسط براغ بنص ساعة

The kitchen was well equipped, very good WiFi. Very good communication with owner

In description of apartment was written that in living room will be 2 sofa beds but actually it was equipped with air beds and it was uncomfortable to sleep 6 nights on air beds.

Location as described, onsite parking. Very large and spacious flat, good shower. Fridge and cooking facilities including oven. Gorgeous views of sunset. Shops nearby (by car). Clean.

We have used Booking quite a few times before, this was the first time we were not given checking in and checking out details, had to call & message on arrival. Probably should have reached out earlier, but as it said host will be waiting on our arrival (and we confirmed arrival time) didn’t think to do so. Host didn’t speak English so phone call was not possible, and also responses to my message were not in English (I have used translator so not a huge issue, but still). Property was listed as air conditioned and that was the basis of us selecting this property, however it was not - there was a portable air conditioning unit in the living room which was not connected / attached to anything, and no way to connect the pipe to outside so pretty useless. This property should not be listed as air conditioned! The curtain on one of the window didn’t actually cover the window, only about 2/3rds across. There was no light near the kitchen area, had to use mobile phone torch to actually see what I was doing when cooking in the evening. The bed in the bedroom was not great, slats kept falling through when turning in bed. The fan in the bedroom could do with cleaning, was extremely dusty. As it’s is a walk in shower expected water to splash a bit, but felt like the incline was almost non existent and water came out to halfway in the bathroom. Last grumble - walls in the communal area / stars marked very easily, even at slightest touch skin &clothes were white! Perhaps a sign would be helpful, had to learn the hard way!
