Location was excellent. Flat was nice and clean. Had everything you needed for a long weekend.

Nothing but a fan would have been nice as we stayed during the hottest bank holiday in May.

Foley House Apartment 2 is such a perfect place to stay. It's location alone making trips out and obviously visiting Malvern itself is one of its major attractions. Designated parking is a huge plus, and with the Apartment spotlessly clean, and all the facilities provided along with the most incredible views its a complete package.

The allocated parking is abysmal, you pay for parking and before you know it someone has parked in your space as soon as you have driven out. (For someone that has mobility problems it was a struggle, to say the least). Also the back bedroom needs air conditioning in the summer hot months as it can get to over 40 degrees in the bedroom, it's like a green house. Please provide an information pack for future residents, like working the oven and amenities that are locally available to people. And for people that stay there longer for cleaning purposes, a small vacuum cleaner would be good. Also Host and Stay staff are not really switched on as they kept asking me for the insurance/waiver to cover the property up to £500 damage, some of them need additional traing to find their way around their systems. As I already paid and told them several times
