About this apartment rental

‘The Den’ is located in Malvern, Worcestershire, near the foot of the spectacular Malvern Hills, situated directly opposite the Worcestershire Beacon Hill.

Being in a prime location, there are plenty of places to see and visit around Malvern. Take a gentle stroll to the vibrance town centre (15 to 20 minutes walk), where you will find independent shops, markets, well-known retailers, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

'The Den' is close to Great Malvern Train Station, being only approximately 975 metres away (Less than 10 minutes walk).

THE SPACE
‘The Den’ is situated in the basement of a Victorian main house dating from the 1890s. This modern apartment, fully renovated in September 2023, offers a unique and cosy one-bedroom layout, with the choice of either a king-size bed or two single beds. An additional sofa bed is available in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and benefits from full BT Fibre Optic Wi-Fi access throughout the holiday home.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- STEPS to 'The Den' and within the property, please look at the photos and more information below.
- Not recommended for people who are over Six Feet Tall due to the Low Beam in the bedroom and Low-Ceiling walk-in shower.

ENTRANCE and ACCESSIBILITY:
There is free on-street parking at the front of the property. A few metres away walk along the pebbled driveway to your own private entrance to the holiday home.

PLEASE NOTE - There are a FEW STEPS to get down to the property with the aid of a metal handrail and also a COUPLE of STEPS at the entrance to the holiday home. Also, within the property, there are TWO STEPS between the living room and bedroom. Please see the listing 'Photo Tour' by selecting 'Exterior' to view the photos with steps.

In the entrance hallway, you will be able to store your hiking shoes/boots, wellies, etc. and hang up your coats where hooks are provided.

KITCHEN:
The spacious ‘L’ shape kitchen with Quartz Worktop had everything you needed to cook. This had an Induction Hob with an extractor fan (No Oven), an Air-fryer, a Fridge with a small Freezer compartment, a kettle, Toaster, Pod Expresso Machine, pots & pans and cooking utensils. There are cutlery, tumbler glasses, wine glasses, mugs, cups and dinnerware.

LIVING and DINING AREA:
The perfect sitting area after being out for the day to relax and unwind in front of the smart flat-screen TV with streaming services. There is a desk with a lamp for writing, reading and remote working.

There is a dining table with ample space for up to three people to eat or play cards/board games (provided in the cupboard).

For the Third Person staying at 'The Den', the Leather Faux Sofa can be converted into a small double bed.

BEDROOM (Bed Choice Option: King-Size or Twin Beds):
A lovely, bright bedroom that had a large window with a garden view. There is a wardrobe with a long mirror and a chest of drawers. The bed enables you to have an alternative choice of a King-Size Bed or Two Single Beds, along with full linens provided. Beam Head Height information see below.

SHOWER ROOM:
Access from the bedroom is to a stunning large shower room with a long walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All towels are provided during your stay, along with Hand Gel, Hand Lotion and Shampoo/Body Wash. Ceiling Head Height information see below.

OUTSIDE:
Guests are welcome to relax on the pebble terrace, where there is seating for two plus a chair or the front garden, where there are several seats for you to relax and unwind.

IMPORTANT things to note:
HEAD HEIGHT within the property - The property is not recommended for people who are over six feet tall due to the Low Beam in the bedroom and Low Ceiling walk-in shower.

BED CHOICE:
You have the opportunity to let us know before you arrive whether you would like the bed setup to be either a King-Size bed or Two Single beds, there is no additional cost for this.
