Gorgeous decor. Use and placement of table lamps created a warm cosy environment. And there are lots of lovely table lamps throughout the space! Kind, thoughtful hosts. Clean and great quality bed linen and furnishings. Walkable to the Malvern Beacon. A wonderful place to stay.
I'm clutching at straws here! Maybe the single use shower gels and shampoos for guests ( although appreciated). A refillable dispensing device for the shower to cut down on plastic usage may be a future idea...but as I have said, it's difficult to find any fault with such a wonderful property.

Great location for the showground. Generally very comfortable and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and good to have off-street parking. Good communication from hosts.
Only minor issues that wouldn’t stop me booking again. The stairs are a bit of a pain, especially after a long day out. The parking space is quite compact but having said that, I did manage to squeeze my transit onto it.
