Once again, we returned to Casa Merletto for our visit to Porto Maurizio. The apartment is well-equipped, smart, spacious, spotlessly clean and offers exceptional views over the Prino area of the town. All of this making the challenging climb worth it.
The online descriptions offered are very accurate.

Large apartment with a beautiful view, well equipped, very well located and very quiet (as long as nobody is talking just in front of the window). Charming and welcoming hostess, who gave us many good addresses for eating.
Free parking is close, but very busy. We were lucky to found a parking spot each time we needed one, but it could be a bit stressful (particularly the weekend when even the paid parking spots are occupied).
Note for disabled persons: Imperia's streets are quite steep with many stairs (that's what makes the city so charming), including for accessing the apartment, hence not recommended in this case.
