Great location for the beach, bar and restaurant. Basic and a little old but ideal as a base.
Lack of mugs and glasses, a few light bulbs not working. A little tired in appearance but functional

Apartamento muy amplio, con buena terraza y piscina. Cómodos los 2 baños y aire acondicionado en todas la habitaciones.
El mobiliario de la terraza, muy viejo y deteriorado, De hecho al sentarnos en el banco que había se rompió, cayendo al suelo mi hijo y nieto.
Muy pocos vasos. Había 6 grandes cada uno de una forma y color. Muchos pequeños que no hacen servicio.
Hay que indicar que la playa que está cerca es de roca, por lo que no se puede ir con niños.

The apartment was clean and spacious and in a great location with easy access to Arenal beach and the bus stops for transport to the town and port.
There was no 24hr front desk and concierge service as detailed on the booking. Also the Wi-Fi was not working the entire stay which resulted in us incurring extra charges with our mobile phone companies.
