Lovely apartment with a great host

Great location, away from a busy main road, which makes it a lovely place to relax. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, very clean and comfortable. The host has been incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay, whether it was related to the property or just a casual chat when met at the beach! Overall, we’ve had a lovely stay and will definitely return next summer!

Exceptional

Great place, a very clean apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony on the seaside. For people who don't use to high temperatures, there are separate air conditioners in each room. The owner was very helpful with a smile and tried to explain everything after our arrival. Thank you!

Soggiorno perfetto a Valona!

- gentilezza, disponibilità ed empatia della proprietaria - casa moderna, pulitissima, con tutto il necessario di una casa vera e propria (lavatrice, stendibiancheria, ferro da stiro, ecc) - vista dal balcone sul mare strepitosa (ogni sera abbiamo ammirato tramonti meravigliosi) - garage per parcheggiare la propria auto - posizione vicino al lungomare, market e ristoranti - televisione impostata nella nostra lingua con possibilità di vedere Netflix, Primevideo, Disney, ecc con il proprio account - e la chicca con cui ci ha conquistato è stato il prosecchino di benvenuto e un'acqua Panna bella fresca in frigorifero! (Non è da tutti!) COMPLIMENTI JONIDA 😊

Se proprio devo trovargli dei difetti, ma che a noi non sono pesati, ma da considerare se persone con difficoltà motorie: - mancanza di ascensore (appartamento al 4°piano) - per raggiungere il lungomare di Valona 10 minuti a piedi in discesa/salita

Zoals beschreven is er geen lift, jouw spullen moet je in dit geval 5 trappen omhoog tillen. Voor ons was dit geen probleem. De persoonlijke sleuteloverdracht was prima. Met vragen en opmerkingen hadden we via whatsapp snel en eenvoudig contact met de host of partner, heel behulpzaam. We mochten zelfs nog contact opnemen voor info tijdens onze verdere rondreis door Albanië. Het appartement was heel schoon en voorzien van alle beschreven faciliteiten. De auto kun je heel veilig parkeren in een afgesloten garage onder het complex. Het uitzicht op zee is mooi. Het balkon is lekker groot met lekkere meubels. Op loopafstand zijn meerdere winkels bereikbaar.

Un petit havre de paix!

L'appartement est juste parfait. Bien équipé, au calme et la vue est juste exceptionnelle. On a récupéré l'appartement dans un état absolument parfait et Jonida était à disposition et nous a fourni des serviettes de plage par exemple (+ café et bouteille de vin en bonus). Le garage avec la place de parking dans l'immeuble est vraiment super pratique aussi. Seul détail à savoir: l'appart est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur mais rien de méchant.

J'aurais aimé que le shampooing et gel douche soient également fournis. Des petits échantillons feraient l'affaire! Il arrivait aussi qu'on trouve une autre voiture garée à notre place de parking mais heureusement le garage n'était jamais plein.

Estaba todo nuevo y decorado con buen gusto. Además tenía todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos para hacer más cómoda la estancia . Es muy tranquilo y tiene unas vistas fantásticas .
