Great location, staff quickly responds to any messages

A nice place to stay, hassle free and simple “check-in” with a lockbox at the property. A little difficult to find at first thank fully a local lady was near by to point me in the right direction. The location is beautiful if you are happy to go to the near by beach (a bit of a hike down a steep hill) and there is only food at Medusa Restaurant which does not open until 12pm. Taxi is €25 one way from Mandrakia to Adamantas (main port). Highly recommend hiring a car or ATV to explore the rest of the island.

There were about 16 cats and kittens living next door which was ok but sometimes the smell was very strong and they would sometimes have very loud fights late at night or early morning. This meant I could not have the only window open which was a shame as you could hear the ocean near by and would cool down the place during the day when you can’t leave the air conditioner on. There is an exit sign in the room that is an extremely bright light that you cannot turn off which made it difficult to sleep at night time so I had to cover with 2 towels to help dim the light.

Struttura pulitissima , con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 3 giorni. Host sempre molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e gentilissima. Casa in location spettacolare e tranquilla , ottima per muoversi nell’isola . Casa attrezzata di tutto il necessario corrispondente alla descrizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

The location is just a short walk to a beach and right next to one of the best restaurants in the island with a stunning sunset view.

This should be their smallest room, which was fine for my needs, but the reality didn’t match the inviting atmosphere shown in the pictures. The room felt outdated, darker than expected, and due to the long, narrow rectangular layout, the room is just one straight pathway starting from door, landing area, bed, pantry, and finally to the bathroom at the far end. Perhaps some people want to cook but with that size of pantry, I do not believe you can cook anything there. The overall construction felt unfinished, as if guest comfort was not a priority. There was also a musty smell, which added to the discomfort. There is no window, so you can only open the entrance door, which is in front of the bed. It is fine if you do not mind anyone peeking into your room. While the stay was manageable, I don't think the price reflects the quality of this room. It would be okay if it's half of the price.
