Great location, very easy walk from the ferry port late in the night

I needed an inexpensive hotel near the port for an early morning ferry. This fit the bill and there was plenty of parking nearby. The hotel didn't respond to several messages asking about dropping bags before check in. I showed up and luckily there was someone on staff there who was very helpful and let me into my room early. The rooms were clean and basic.
Hotel didn't communicate with me despite several messages. No instructions on how to get in or what to expect. WiFi difficult to find, toilet seat completely broke off. They advertised a hot pot for making coffee/tea but offered no coffee cups.
