The location was slightly farther from downtown than we expected, but it’s a nice area. The house itself is very spacious. A few things feel a bit dated, but everything was clean and fully functional. Nice lounging areas, the kitchen is well equipped, and the big TV downstairs was a nice bonus.
The check-out instructions asked us to start a load of laundry. I’m happy to leave a place tidy, but that felt excessive. I also reached out to the host both by text and through the booking platform about the possibility of checking in a bit earlier and didn’t receive a response.

It is important to note that we enjoyed our stay but the few items noted below should be addressed!
Thermostats were a challenge…no instructions
Pool went cold 2nd day"…..added water as instructed and was able to use it on our next to last day…..there were no pool controls….perhaps that is the plan, but not to my liking!
Fitted sheet on master bed was unfitted….a bit uncomfortable to lie on

Nice location. Beds comfortable, nice amenities provided. Property owner and manager very nice and responsive.
Had a little issue of ants and few bugs that owner said he would address. Too far to walk to beach access. Living room furniture needs updated to be more comfortable.
