LOCATION IS GREAT A COUPLE OF BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH, GREATHOUSE OVER ALL

THERE WERE RATS RUNNING IN THE POOL AREA AT NIGHT, FOUND ONE INSIDE THE GRILL OUT SIDE THE HOUSE. HAD TO CLEAN THE POOL AT LEAST TWICE A DAY, NEIGHTBOORS TREE LOOSES A LOT OF LEAVES INTO THE POOL
