The property was great. Some of the amenities were not provided such as garbage bags, beach towels, laundry soap, etc.

To get a few negatives out of the way first:
This property has a LOT of stairs, please do not book if you have folks with limited mobility.
This is not a "walk right over to the beach" property, just fyi.
We are very irritated with the current trend of a 5pm check-in at so many places (I travel a lot and 3pm used to be the standard)...this cuts so much into our first day and left a bad taste--it is a very petty and stingy thing to not allow access until 5pm imo.
Positives (far outweigh):
This house was absolutely gorgeous! We loved so many things about it; we were here for a family Thanksgiving. There is ample parking and the house was easy to find. We loved having ample bedrooms with *real* beds for all the adults. Teens got the bunkbed room. The multi-level floor plan was great for being able to get away for solo time or hanging with a few folks. The basement has a pool table that we enjoyed. The hot tub was functional and clean, so we loved sitting out there in the cold night, watching shooting stars. The kitchen and dining room were blissfully LARGE which was great for our big family gathering. I also loved that the kitchen was stocked with a huge amount of quality plates, glasses, cups, and silverware (too many hosts stock with cheap stuff!). The house is just gorgeous and tastefully decorated. Many balconies and great views! The management company was very responsive to questions. I would definitely book this house again.
