Ideally located with a direct oceanfront view, “Knee Deep” is a hidden gem in the secluded Wild Dunes community on the Isle of Palms featuring two bedrooms, two full baths, large oceanfront deck, and a wonderful, updated décor.

Building two of Summer House will be renovated starting September 2024 to April 2025.

Are you wishing you were standing “Knee Deep” in the refreshing waters of the Atlantic? Your only worry will soon be when the tide is gonna to reach your beach chair when you choose “Knee Deep” at 104 Summer House. Ideally located with a direct oceanfront view, “Knee Deep” is a hidden gem in the secluded Wild Dunes community on the Isle of Palms featuring two bedrooms, two full baths, and a wonderful, updated décor.
You will find your own kind of paradise on the spacious oceanfront deck at “Knee Deep” which provides direct access to the beach. With a private staircase from the oceanfront deck, your family will be able to come and go with ease to the beach or swimming pool without riding an elevator, walking around a building, or going through a garage. A starboard turn down the stairs will lead you to the community beach path taking you over the seagrass topped dunes. Turn to your port side and you will find the Summer House community swimming pool with its new spacious pool deck.
The interior of “Knee Deep” is as beautiful as the Carolina sunshine you will enjoy all day on the beach. Attention to every detail can be seen throughout “Knee Deep” in its stylish furnishings, renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms and the latest in electronics. Featuring two bedrooms, “Knee Deep” master bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck, a king bed, and a private bath. The guest bedroom is perfect for a second couple or children with two double beds and a private bath. Your mind will soon be on a permanent vacation after a week at the oceanfront condominium “Knee Deep”!

Two un-assigned parking spaces.
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
Additional Amenities Include:
High speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Really enjoyed the condo and the island. It was perfect. Once construction is finished on the complex it will be perfect too. Just fyi beach cart in pics is not there. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles. Access from this unit to the beach and the porch are amazing! Overall, great stay!

The condo itself was beautiful! It was clean and we loved the new appliances. It really felt like home away from home. The note and bag we received from Michael was a very nice touch and made the experience even more welcoming! I was very appreciative of the emails and text messages. Especially as tropical storm Milton made its trek across the area, Michael reached out to let us know what to expect. The view was gorgeous, and my kids loved it! We loved the easy beach and pool access. I've stayed in condos before that barely offered a trash bag and a roll of toilet paper. We felt that the condo was furnished with just the right amount of everything! We will be back! If not next year, the year after :-)

Beautiful accommodations, everything was as listed. We love the first floor location with the porch with its own steps down to the walkway to the beach. We did have trouble with the ice maker not working. The property manager answered my tex right of way. This was over the 4th of July week and the maintenance man took two days to come look at the ice maker and had to order some parts to repair the problem. Unfortunately the ice maker did not get fixed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and maybe staying there next year.

Lovely condo with Easy beach and pool access. Had a great weather week without the heat, but with beautiful storms over the Atlantic. Property was clean and refreshing. Will definitely return again.
