I liked the location with the pool downstairs, easy, beach access, and easy parking. Porch was pretty tight, but liked the ocean view. We appreciated the dishwasher and laundry soap being readily available. The kitchen was small but kitchen, dining table and tv area all good for a beach condo.

This place needs to be updated before they rent it again. The beds are absolutely horrible. Either they are way too soft or way too hard. The beds need to be replaced , pillows old and overused as well. It’s not hard to get a nice mattress and an updated set of bedding for all the beds. The refrigerator water filter had a big red light on it. So we did not drink out of that. The kitchen faucet sprayer leaked all over the countertops every single time we turned it on. They even had a plastic bowl underneath the kitchen sink to catch extra water, but it wasn’t leaking below. Just leaking above. Why not just fix it? The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. My husband had to work while on the trip and couldn’t while being in the apartment. The company/agency we rented from acted like they were surprised and they would get somebody over to fix it but others in the building told us that it is well known that the Wi-Fi doesn’t work there. The sign stating that if anyone loses one of the pool keys that it would be a $500 fine for each. That was excessive. Especially knowing that other condos had stated $40 or $50 as we talked to others there. We also never received the parking pass from agency before we arrived to print up. Thankfully, they told us just before we got there that we can stop at their office and pick it up. Paid way too much money a night for it. Can be worth it if it was updated and comfortable to sleep.
