Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Built in 2019 and in fantastic condition this spacious open plan home features a master bedroom with king size bed and large walk in shower two additional lovely bedrooms, a large dining area and a well equipped kitchen with a expresso maker.
To the back and you have a covered patio for time to relax by the wonderful screened in heated pool with waterfall for that cool ambient sound. Bamboo screens the rear for privacy.
A Legal agreement will be required with a copy of a photo ID such as a driving licence. We are integrated hosts and approved by VRBO with our own platform that generates this information.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and large walk-in shower, two additional bedroom and bath. This home offers about 1800 square feet and is beautifully decorated. All appliances are stainless steel. The kitchen has a large island, a espresso coffee maker and even a air fryer in the kitchen.
Relax by the heated 30 ft pool which includes a bench at the deep end with jets. Gather your friends or family members and play corn hole or ladder ball. The the pool deck has a table that can seat 6 people and small a table for 2 under the lights. If you like to cook outside you are welcome to us the gas grill. Turn on the pool light and waterfall and enjoy a glass of wine. The pool area also offers a 65 inch smart Tv.
When it comes to location this home has it all as it is within a 5 minute drive to 2 wonderful golf courses, tennis courts and The Port St Lucie Botanical Gardens/Riverwalk is only a short walk away.
You may find music and events on the weekends local at Riverwalk various bars and at the Mid Florida event Center. You can explore fantastic beaches just 20 minutes away or take a ride to the NY Mets stadium Clover Park it is only a 20 minute drive.
The house more then ample space for most families. You enter, the large great room with a 65 inch smart TV, Leather sofa and through to the dining and kitchen area with an island and a well equipped kitchen. The dining room is on the left and offers a table big enough for 8 people.
You will also enjoy a split plan with the master bedroom with a king size bed, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom furnished with 2 twin beds, a wide screen smart tv, and a dresser.
A full bath and linen closet is located adjacent to these bedrooms.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and iron board.
Our pool is heated all year round, and has a large screened patio area with exterior dining options, The back yard is a great place to play corn hole, or ladder ball.
Come enjoy the house, patio, pool, beaches and the sun as well as all that St Lucie county and the Treasure Coast has to offer.
You will have access to the entire home and the storage shed where you may find games, floats, some beach gear and an extra table and folding chairs. The garage is used for storage and you will not have access to it.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping, parks beach and quick access to boat ramps. The driveway has parking for 4 cars but no garage access.
you will have access to the entire home except for one of the closets in the master bedroom and the garage will be locked for our storage.
Lovely family friendly street in a great area. Sandpiper Bay was the first community in Port St Lucie but is not gated. It is still one of the most sought after areas in Port St Lucie
Car is best, but walking to the local shops and restaurants is possible. We have a Publix close by!
Pool heat is automatic and is heated year round if necessary. There are no controls for the guests to change.
Winter months (January to March)are full calendar months only
Security cameras cover the front of the house (ring doorbell) Driveway and the pool equipment.

We had a great time at this property, it came with more extras than any rental we’ve had previously. Stuff to use at the beach, cleaning supplies along with the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils etc. This was also the only rental where I didn’t have access to a garage to store everything we needed to travel with, but we made the shed work so no big deal. I would definitely rent this home again, the interior is very nice and the master bedroom shower was amazing. Beds were comfy for everyone, plenty of tv’s for everyone to use. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the outdoor living space. The house had everything we needed plus more. We highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed.
