The crown jewel is our large, heated waterfall pool, nestled next to the spacious, covered lanai with unobstructed views of the manicured Saints Pro Golf Course and a serene pond with spectacular wildlife vistas. We daily struggle with a constant barrage of offers from real estate agents.

ELEGANT LIVING SPACES
The family room invites you to unwind with a new huge 65" TV, streaming platforms, and a variety of games. The sofa bed converts into a queen-sized sleeper for unexpected guests. A tranquil corner has been set up for home office with WiFi connectors and a comfy desk and chair when you need some work done quickly.
The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to the pool and deck, offering spectacular tropical views. Relax with a cocktail, wine, or an ice-cold beer while lounging on the large sectional, which can also serve as a nighttime sleeper for an extra guest. A breakfast nook completes in the vicinity of the kitchen this large living space. From here you also have easy access to a laundry room with new, large capacity washer and dryer, as well as another door leading to the covered lanai.
LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS
A HALLWAY separates the 3 bedrooms and the guest bathroom from the other living spaces, ensuring tranquility and privacy. It also leads to an utility room, a cleaning supplies closet and a linen closed where extra comforters and beach towels are readily available.
All three spacious bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable beds.
THE MASTER SUITE offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closets, huge screen TV, and a "his and hers" two-room, two sinks bathroom with a large shower equipped with handles for the disabled. It also has direct access to the pool and deck.
THE MIDDLE BEDROOM has a queen bed and double closet, its own TV set and with bathroom access through a small hallway.
THE THIRD BEDROOM can accommodate up to four guests with its comfy two full-sized beds and double closet.
THE GUEST BATHROOM includes a granite double sink and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet area.
CONVENIENT AMENITIES
A laundry room with a new washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board ensures you have everything you need. The three-car driveway leads to a double garage, where you’ll find a gas grill, bicycles, a paddle board, beach chairs, mats, and an umbrella. While these items are available for your use, they are not listed amenities, so please use them responsibly.

I was visiting for my niece's wedding celebration. I wanted a place where I could both work and relax. This house was perfect! The desk in the living room area was great for working. Absolutely loved how dark I could get the master bedroom so I could sleep beyond sunrise. High on my priority list. Enjoyed swimming in the warm pool and laughed at the angry golfers :-) Chatted at the pool area table with my niece. Just a perfect place.

We found this beautiful home earlier in the year while searching for a home in the area. We loved it so much we decided to vacation here again. This home is very clean , very roomy and speaks of Florida ! The house is located in a beautiful quiet , well manicured neighborhood. The pool is quite large with a beautiful waterfall overlooking a beautiful golf course and pond. There is much Floridian wildlife to enjoy watching as we had our coffee in the morning in the beautiful screened in outside area. Such a great location ! So many beautiful beaches and causeways to go and watch the Sunrise and collect shells. The kitchen is equipted with literally every appliance or kitchen tool you may need to make a wonderful dinner. There are games available for a a fun family game night. Lots of shopping and yummy restaurants nearby. The host is wonderful ! He is super quick to respond to any question you may have. He truly offers his home as your home during your stay. We are already starting ro plan our next years vacation !!!

I live nearby, but my home can’t accommodate my family when they visit. This home had plenty of space for our 5 adults and one toddler group. The pool and outdoor area was nice and we enjoyed the golf course view. The curb appeal of the home is a 2 out of 5 and that is why it is not pictured. The neighborhood is decent for Port Saint Lucie and the beach is only 15 minutes away. The house and furnishings are dated, but the price suited my expectations. The TV remote situation in the living area is very confusing. They need labels on the many remotes. My biggest complaint about the cleanliness is that although the floors look clean, your feet will be filthy if you walk from one end of the house to the other barefooted. Also, only two trash bags and two dishwasher pods were provided for our 5 day stay. Some of the nonstick pans need replacement as they are scratched to the point of unhealthy. Overall, this home met my expectations for the price.
