Two bunk rooms, each with separate bathrooms.

Where there is a good chance you will see pods of dolphins swimming by. The open concept family room has a 77 inch Sony Bravia with surround sound system for family movie nights or maybe to watch a game of football. The extra large sofa and swivel chairs provide plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The bedroom level boasts ten-foot ceilings, while the top level of the beachfront cottage features twelve-foot ceilings, creating an open and airy ambiance. For convenience, an elevator provides easy access to all levels.
Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, a chef's delight featuring top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf range/duel oven, Thermador dual refrigerator/freezer, separate Zephyr beverage cooler, U-Line ice maker, and KitchenAid Artisan mixer. With two Thermador dishwashers, cleanup becomes a breeze. You will not be disappointed cooking a large family meal here!
The main floor king bedroom offers incredible gulf views, luxurious bedding, and a spa-like romantic bath, complete with remote controlled auto blinds system for privacy when desired. Throughout the cottage, you'll find exquisite furnishings and decor in soothing whites and grays, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.
Outside, a spacious beachfront grilling and picnic area awaits you with dining for 20 people and additional seating area which provides ample seating for all. You will enjoy cooking on the Big Green egg where you can savor delectable meals in the open air watching the surf. Your private pool can be heated seasonally upon request. The home has everything our family wanted; stunning views, gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing pool/ hot tub, elevator and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our family and celebrate our son’s 21st Birthday. Communication was first class, as was the vacation.

Had a great time at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for our family of 11. Such beautiful sunrises and sunsets and tons of dolphins swimming paat the house. We will defintely chose this home again.

We loved the house! Kids took bike rides daily with the bikes that were provided and loved the pool. With only a few steps to the beach it made it easy for everyone in our party of 14 to be able to enjoy the beach throughout the day without having to pack everything up each time. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. There were a few hiccups at the house while we were there, no fault of the owners, with a few of the electronics and lightening prior to us arriving. The owner responded quickly and efficiently and sent help. We have already talked about next years trip back to SGI and the house.
