The first level of Aqua Vista contains the open concept living, dining, and kitchen. The living area features comfortable seating, TV, and large windows to enjoy the incredible Gulf view. The dining area features two wooden tables, 1 large table seats 10 with an additional smaller table that seats 4. The kitchen features stainless appliances, black quartz countertops, kitchen island, and breakfast bar that seats 2. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom and a shared bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The second level of Aqua Vista features a queen/single bunk bed with en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo and king suite with a en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. The third level of Aqua Vista opens to a second living space with a pool table, foosball table, and wet bar. This floor features 2 king suites both featuring en-suite bathrooms and a queen/single bunk bed with a en-suite bathroom. The exterior of the home features many decks to enjoy the views of the Gulf and some overlook the private pool. The private pool features a spill over spa (not heated), outdoor loungers, and table that seats 6.
