Property description
The Martha vacation apartment, completely renovated and refurnished in 2020, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation on Amrum. Spanning a spacious 72 m², this tastefully designed 3-room ground-floor apartment offers plenty of comfort, natural light, and a pleasant living experience. The view of the well-kept garden and the Wadden Sea lends a special atmosphere to your stay and makes the apartment a wonderful retreat for couples, small families, or anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet and the vastness of the North Sea.
The outdoor area is particularly charming: From the terrace, you step right into the greenery and can fully enjoy being close to nature. The large garden, a beach chair, patio furniture, and a barbecue area provide the perfect setting for relaxing in the fresh North Sea air. The location near the beach also speaks for itself—the sea is just a few steps away. Inside, the apartment offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay, featuring two bedrooms, a living room with access to the terrace, a separate kitchen with a dining area, and a bright bathroom with a shower and an exterior window.
The location in Wittdün combines relaxation and easy access in a particularly pleasant way. The harbor, town center, and shopping options are all within easy reach. A private parking space at the house and a bicycle rack behind the building provide additional convenience during your stay.
