The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (entrance in the middle, top floor on the right) and offers 93 m² of space for up to 4 people. With a total of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom, the floor plan is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. The exceptionally beautiful ocean view and proximity to the sandy beach make this temporary home something truly special.
The living and dining areas are spacious, featuring a cozy sofa nook and a dining table for shared meals. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped, including an oven, glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Entertainment is also taken care of: 3 TVs, digital satellite TV, a radio, a CD player, games, and books provide variety on quieter days. Thanks to Wi-Fi, staying connected is just as much a part of your comfort as the modern amenities, including a dryer and washing machine (both shared).
For your everyday convenience, central heating, laundry service, and a vacuum cleaner are available, among other amenities. The apartment is designed as a smoke-free accommodation and features a walk-in shower. Es handelt sich um eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Töpfen ist sehr gut.
Herrlicher Blick zur Wattseite vom überdachten Balkon. Der zweite, auch überdachte Balkon bietet genug Platz, um mit 4 Leuten dort zu sitzen.

Mir hat besonders die Lage und die Aussicht gefallen. Auch das die Küche so gut ausgestattet war. Gut war auch, dass Handwerker Drahtgestelle angebracht haben wegen den Tauben, so konnte man auch den Nord-Balkon nutzen.

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr sauber vor, die geforderten Leistungen waren vollständig erfüllt, das Inventar vollständig und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Die Wohnung bietet einen Wunderschönen Blick auf das Watt und einen enbenso schönen Blick ins Zentrum der Insel.

Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und die zwei getrennten Duschbäder sind prima geeignet für 3-4 Personen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Mobiliar und Geschirr ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist es auf dem Balkon zur Straßenseite ziemlich laut, wenn man tagsüber lieber einen schattigen Platz zum Sitzen sucht.
