You’ll be staying on the first floor (first floor, on the right) in a quiet setting, on a private lot, with privacy screens covering all windows. You’ll especially enjoy the exceptional ocean view when you use the covered terrace, which offers shelter from the wind and invites you to relax.

The apartment features 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, as well as 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and 1 additional guest restroom. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures. An elevator is available, making access to the apartment convenient. Practical details have also been taken into account: a dryer and washing machine are available for shared use, and daily life is made stress-free thanks to a well-equipped kitchen. This includes, among other things, a stove (ceramic), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and dish towels are provided, as are cleaning supplies, so you can get started right away upon arrival.

In the living area, the cozy sofa nook invites you to relax, while the TV (satellite, digital) and internet/Wi-Fi provide you with access to entertainment and information at any time. A radio, CD player, and DVD player are also available, and you’ll find books and games. This allows you to flexibly combine entertainment and relaxation—even on days when the wind is stronger by the water. Children are welcome, and the property offers a great setting for relaxing family vacations.

The location stands out above all for its proximity to the coast: the sea is only about 50 m away, the beach is reachable in about 200 m, and restaurants are also about 200 m away. Shopping is quick and easy, too, as a store is located about 300 m away. Public transportation is only about 200 m away, and a doctor’s office, bank/ATM, and supermarket are also nearby. A private parking space for one vehicle is available, so you can arrive at your vacation destination stress-free; a car isn’t strictly necessary, depending on your needs.

In short: “Weiße Düne 5” in the “Weiße Düne” building combines high-quality amenities, thoughtful details, and a “by the sea” location in a particularly pleasant way—ensuring that your vacation in Wittdün is easy and relaxing right from the start.
