This tastefully renovated semi-detached house is situated in a quiet residential area just 500m from the picturesque banks of the Rance. On 125 square meters of living space, this accommodation offers you excellent comfort with a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two terraces invite you to pleasant outdoor meals. Your car and any bicycles you may have brought with you can be parked in the garage. St. Suliac is one of the most beautiful villages in France. You will be happy to stroll along the flower-decorated streets and characteristic stone houses to the harbor promenade. At high tide a refreshing swim is announced at the pretty little natural sandy beach (500m). The Rance valley impresses with one of the most grandiose estuaries in Brittany. At low tide, huge mudflats become visible, at high tide you have the impression of living right by the sea. This charming, former fishing village is a good choice for a relaxing holiday in Brittany, very close to the most attractive destinations the region has to offer: Saint Malo 13 km, Dinard 15 km, Cancale 20 km and just under an hour's drive from the world-famous Mont St. Michel, 46 km. Nature lovers can follow the meanders of the majestic river on 40 km of designated hiking trails.
