Lokalizacja dobra, mieszkanie ok, czysto, wyposażenie ok, część wspólna - salon bardzo mała, mała kanapa. Zdjęcia w ofercie przedstawiają lokal lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Ok ale bez żadnych zachwytów, wydaje się że stosownie do ceny.
Absolutny brak światła dziennego. Małe okna, szczelnie zasłonięte bo widok na podwórko studnię, pranie sąsiada, kuchnię sąsiada, gacie na sznurku. Żeby zorientować się jaka pogoda trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz. Kupowałam mieszkanie bez balkonu ale widoki z okna i sztuczne światło czyni to mieszkanie mało komfortowym.
