Clean and tidy apartment, host was easily contactable

Found the description to locate key box confusing, once located there was a smell in the entrance area, but not in room, found the sofa uncomfortable to sit on, in the bathroom could do with a shelf to put your toiletries on.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Located in a good location not far from the old town but quiet at night.

There was only one issue which meant we couldn’t use the little outside veranda. Someone was cleaning the terraces above and the veranda was flooded with water.

The host was friendly and always willing to help. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, and we received enough towels for our stay. There was also a washing machine available. The apartment has a terrace where you can sit outside and, in the summer, even enjoy your meals there. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the city center, with many supermarkets nearby.

On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved. We noticed dust in the apartment, and it seemed that under the sofa bed had not been cleaned for a long time. There was also mold around the street-facing window (on the wall and curtain). The bathroom door does not close, something that previous guests have also mentioned. The sofa bed is quite old and worn, and you can feel the metal underneath, so it would benefit from being replaced. The intercom and the kitchen hood were not working. Additionally, the street-facing windows do not block the noise well, so traffic can be quite loud at night. Overall, the apartment has good potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail.
