Villa Tea

We loved our stay at Villa Tea. A beautiful, homely house with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and it had the most stunning outdoor area. The host Jurica was helpful, friendly and professional. We will definitely return. Would recommend 100%

All the outside space to cook outside and for the kids - table tennis, darts and a room to hide in. A garden of vegetables to pick and cook. I have never dug my own sweet potatoes and had them for dinner the same evening.

It is 15 mins into Cavtat town and the view is undeniably airporty but worth that for all the free space for the kids.

If you are going to Cavtat or all the way up to Dubrovnik area with your family or friends and plans include having a rental car, look no further. This is the place you will want to stay. The villa has everything you need for the whole family. The outside kitchen (which is the only you will be using) even has dishwasher. Both second floor rooms have doors out to a large balcony with hammocks and from the lower bedrom you can also go up without passing the other 2. Every seating area had space for the intended 6 person occupancy. We were greated by the owner Jurica who was totally focused on making us feel welcome. In the fridge a tray of charcuteries and cheese awaited us and in the cave was bottles of family wine to enjoy. For any place in the area you like to see, Jurica can hook you up or give you direction or pointers. Places you did not really know existed like Pasjaca Beach. The airport is right across the valley. But it was not anything that we took any notice of. To sum it up. If you like the city life in the day, Dubrovnik is 20 minutes away. Then you have serenity here in the evening.

There was nothing not to like.

The host is amazing, so helpful the villa was beautiful and perfect for our children, including teens . The host arranged transport from with a stop off to get supplies. The villa had everything you could possibly need and host was always on hand with advice and ideas. The area by the pool is perfect with the outdoor kitchen. Our teens loved the egg chair and table tennis area to hang out. We will definitely return one day.
