Molto accogliente e bene organizzati gli spazi. Ampio locale da notte collocato sopra la zona giorno mediante una scala interna di circa 10 gradini abbastanza ripidi. Nella zona giorno tutto il necessario per essere autonomi nel cucinare. Gradevole kit di benvenuto per la colazione del primo giorno. Ottima l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dell’host all’arrivo e durante il soggiorno.
Non particolarmente critico ma da considerare sono 5 rampe di scale per raggiungere l’appartamento dal piano stradale. Altro punto di attenzione sono le campane distanti circa 10 metri in linea d’aria che iniziano al mattino alle 7:00 a battere le ore e le mezze ore per terminare alle 9:30
