The accommodation is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it ideal for families with children. Each bedroom has air conditioning and fly screens. The kitchen is almost fully equipped

SUMMER HOUSE, SOZOPOLI

We had a great time in the summer house. The weather was wonderful, the sea water was warm and crystal clear, and the hosts were very hospitable. The house is equipped with all necessary equipment. There is a fish market and a supermarket nearby. We highly recommend this accommodation to all guests.

Удобна кућа са прелепим двориштем, идеална за миран породични одмор.

КУЋА: Кућа је веома лепа и удобна, провели смо у њој три недеље током јула. Састоји се од четири просторије: централне просторије (око 20-25 м2, која има функцију дневне собе, кухиње и трпезарије), две спаваће собе (по 10-12 м2) и купатила (8-10 м2). Испред улазних врата је врло лепа надстрешница, испод које се може седети пре подне и увече и која вреди као додатна просторија у кући. Двориште је веома лепо и добро одржавано. Кућа је опремљена свим потребним уређајима (фрижидер са замрзивачем, веш-машина, судомашина, телевизор, три клима уређаја – у свакој соби по један итд.), сви су исправни и добро раде. У дворишту је могуће паркирати аутомобил испод лозе, која омогућава делимичну хладовину. ДОМАЋИНИ: Госпођа Афродити и господин Димитриос су домаћини за пример. Све је било спремно за наш долазак и осећали смо се као код своје куће. У два наврата смо имали ситнијих проблема (са капијом и бојлером), господин Димитриос се потрудио да све реши у најкраћем року и без да нас узнемирава. МЕСТО: Созополи је мало и мирно место, а 90 посто туриста су Грци. Место је идеално за миран породични одмор. У близини куће постоји само једна самопослуга и два ресторана. Нема апотеке. За веће куповине је потребно отићи до Лидла у Неа Каликратији, који је удаљен око 10 километара.

Кућа се налази на главној улици, због чега је саобраћај понекад бучнији. Неретко пролазе камиони, а понекад ноћу локални момци и девојке возе моторцикле који су доста гласни.

Wunderbar!

Das Summer House ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub ganz nah am Meer. Generell war auch die Lage für uns außergewöhnlich gut. Sogar Ende Oktober gab es noch geöffnete Restaurants und einen fußläufig erreichbaren kleinen Supermarkt. Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch zu empfehlen, um die nahegelegenen Orte und Strände zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es ist sogar mehr da, als man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Garten, die überdachte Terrasse und die wirklich netten Nachbarn. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern was sensationell, freundlich, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und es wurde jede Frage zeitnah beantwortet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben...

Im zweiten Schlafzimmer/Kinderzimmer hätten wir uns eine Steckdose in Bettnähe gewünscht.
