This is a beautiful home and much larger than it looks in the photos. The beds were huge and super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the shower water pressure was divine. Sun room has a lovely aspect and the location was amazing...we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Launceston.

Great location close to town and fabulous eateries. Beautifully decorated. Thank you for the gift of wine and honey - such a lovely touch.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well-located. I loved the enclosed verandah and just relaxing on the sunbeds while my 2 year old loved the stairs and launching her soft toy down the multiple flights. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked with the implements we needed. Annabelle's local recommendations for food and drinks was also appreciated. I would happily stay here again.
Be warned there are multiple stairs, and stairs between all main rooms you live in. If you hate stairs, this is not a house for you.
