    Very clean, receptionless hotel but very responsive customer service, walking distance to many eateries, sheets are clean too

    The check in process is terrible, the hotel corridor to access the room also scary dark. But the inside environment is good and new, the 2 in1 washing machine-dryer not working, we need send clothes out to dry.

    The gap between basin and water tap is small, only 5-finger height (see photo), making the hand washing super inconvenient. The corridor is dark and have to walk carefully. The rooms and toilets are all at the 2nd floors. Have to walk up and down if need to go toilet. Have to carry luggage up the staircase to the rooms. Not senior citizen friendly.

    Great location, apartment is split level with the only toilet upstairs. There is not mention of being split level on Agoda website. Hallways are all painted black and very dark. Apartment was well appointed, check the mini bar list as some of the items listed were not there or others substituted, some out of date. Inclusions on the Agoda website state free bottled water provided, but done in room, when I enquired with staff their reply was the Launceston water is safe to drink and they do not offer this, even though stated as an inclusion. Purchased car parking and on the last night someone had parked in our spot, but the staff were very helpful and told us to park in the 5 min carpark for the night. overall Accommodation was fine, just some small issues.
