Location, size.
The bedrooms could get a little hot but luckily there was AC. Also on some evenings it could get noisy outside with live music, but it would always end at a reasonable hour (for summer).

Central location, spacious for Liguria, beautiful view of the sea.
It could be noisy outside in the evening if there is live music nearby. Also: not so straightforward to find parking.

Le bruit de l extérieur le soir, pas de jeunes passent la soirée en bas de l immeuble et ils sont bruyants
