Great house, nice view, high location
Very nice house, all comfort like at home, great view on the sea. Good, safe garage with charging possibilities etc All at all, great house.
Though the sea is only 350 meters away, it takes 730 stairs to get there. As there's little to do in the center, you need to climb them quite often. Also, September may nog be the best period to visit as all people were working in the garden (mowers, chain saws, high pressure cleaners ... all day pretty much every day.

Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt
Wir haben mit 6 erwachsenen Familienmitgliedern ein paar tolle Ferientage in Pieve Ligure erlebt. Die Wohnung "Alba e Tramonto" ist zweckmässig und mit Stil eingerichtet. Die Lage mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer ist unschlagbar. Nach einem ausgedehnten Frühstück auf der Terrasse will man da gar nicht mehr weg. Das sollte man aber tun, denn es gibt in der Gegend viel Schönes zu entdecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter geschah zwar nur über Whatsapp, klappte aber problemlos. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Positiv zu erwähnen sind im Übrigen die äusserst freundlichen Nachbarn in der unteren Etage. Zu beanstanden gibt es eigentlich nichts, aber man sollte Folgendes wissen: 1. Die Wohnung liegt hoch oben am Hang und ziemlich weit weg von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man müsste schon ziemlich gut zu Fuss sein, um ohne Auto zurechtzukommen. Wir waren mit zwei Autos dort, eines konnten wir kostenlos bei der Wohnung einstellen, für das zweite mussten wir einen Parkplatz an der Strasse suchen, was uns aber immer gelungen ist. 2. Wie man auf den Fotos sieht, ist ein Zimmer mit einem Etagenbett eingerichtet. Zwar können auch zwei Erwachsene darin schlafen, aber schon nicht so bequem, wie in den anderen beiden Zimmern. Im unteren Bett sollte man jedenfalls keine Platzangst haben.

Mi sono innamorata di questa casa!!! Proprietari gentili e disponibili, ci hanno illustrato tutti i vari servizi della casa. Spaziosa, luminosa ben arredata, con una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato sul promontorio di Portofino. La nostra camera aveva come armadi due cabine del mare, una vera chicca e sempre dalla nostra camera si vedeva il mare! Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Parcheggio privato, giardino abitabile in cui abbiamo cenato e siamo rimasti a vedere le stelle.

Sauber, alles da was man braucht. Betten bequem. Super Aussicht. Superschöner Garten und überdachter Sitzplatz mit großem Tisch. Mit dem Zug alles schnell erreichbar.
Wir hatten uns auf das Grillen gefreut. Leider war es nur ein Gasbrenner mit Steinplatte. ( die Steinplatte hätten wir vorher erstmal grundreinigen müßen) Für uns kein Problem aber der Anstieg vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft ist heftig.

Kellemes, nagyon kedves szállásadóval.
Reggeli nem volt a szálláson. A hely lenyűgöző, csodalatos kilátással a tengerre! A strandok könnyen megközelíthetőek, a szomszédok a környéken kedvesek voltak ha találkoztunk! szívesen ajánlom aki szeret magasabban lakni es élvezni a panorámát. A szállás kerítéssel körbevett udvarú, szóval a kutyát nyugodtan ki lehet engedni.
