Mini paradise on earth

A wonderful place in an old villa with a mini tennis court, swimming pool, wonderful sea views, and a tree-lined garden, located in the quiet and peaceful town of Sori (a 30-minute train ride from Genoa) – one of the nicest places I've ever been. The owners (Filippo and his mother, who live on the middle floor of the villa) were very friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. We felt very comfortable there and were very sad to leave.

I loved the location. Up high with beautiful views. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a swimming pool. Fillipo very helpful.

The only little things were that I do think when you arrive on a Sunday night after a long journey and all the shops are closed it would be nice to have a few provisions in the fridge ,like some milk ,bread cheese and a bottle of wine. It makes such a difference to one’s first impression. Also the swimming pool area could do with some improving , but Fillipo did open it specially for us (which was really kind of him )so maybe it will be better later in the season.

Absolutely amazing apartment. The view, the tranquility, the pool and above all Filippo was a perfect host, reserving as a parking space, picking us up and he was always available for questions and helped us. Waking up with a sea view and having a private garden was the cherry on the top.

Amazing & clever interior design, immaculate, everything you could possibly need! breathtaking view on relaxing terrace, peaceful & quiet, dog-friendly! Filippo could not have been more accommodating to our needs…he anticipated them!

There are quite a few steps to the house but well-worth it upon arrival to the lovely apartment!

Very nice location and hosts! Sori is very nicely located at the coast and well connected in both, North and South directions by train. The house is marvelous, with orange trees and beautiful view!

No dislike, but you have to be aware that parking is remote and you have to walk 10 to 15 minutes uphill to get to the accommodation. But it is worth it! And our host was very helpful in getting our stuff up there!

Our Dream, already missing it♡

Beautiful apartment, incredible view, everything available you need for a longer stay (incl. washing machine, dish washer). It's simple but for us perfect. Our car was parked at a free area near the station of Sori, from there we walked. The host Filippo was extremely kind and helpful! Easy check-in and check-out procedure. The village is very charming, a little place with just some shops, but that's what we like. The locals were all really friendly and the local shops had wonderful bread, fruits, vegetables, pizza, cheese and anything you might need (pharmacy lady was also very kind!) For future guests: Pack lightly! You can wash your clothes and the apartment is up on a hill where only your feet an take you! As we travelled longer we had a big heavy suitcase, which was very hard to get up. Filippo kindly helped us as we were exhausted from the drive and the heat. But when we come next time we will just come with a backpack or smaller bag/suitcase. 😊 It was the most lovely time, we miss our "home" there already a lot and hope to return one day. Thank again and all the best for Filippo, his family, and the village!

Beautiful view in gorgeous surroundings.

The view is spectacular and it was great to have a pool to cool off on hot days. Filippo was a fantastic host, with valuable tips for the local area and only a text away for any help if required.

There are quite a few steps up to the apartment but the view is more than worth it. Parking can be a little difficult at times but you can usually find something at the train station.

Sea view, good beds

Not accessible by car. We had to make a 50-100 meter steep clime to the appartement. This was not mentioned in de booking info. If we had known this we hadn’t booked it. No privacy on the balcony, guests passing by. Loud speaking by the owner for ours in the appartement next to us.

Favolosi risvegli e tramonti

Posizione vista mare pazzesca, cucina fornita e vista del mare anche dal letto… area esterna favolosa. Prenotate senza dubbio. Bisogna camminare un paio di centinaia di metri per raggiungere la struttura ma vale ogni passo.

Schön für zwei drei Tage

Die Aussicht aufs Meer war toll und die Lage sehr ruhig. Was vorhanden war hat funktioniert.

Die Erreichbarkeit des Appartements über die Treppe ist mühsam, besonders mit Gepäck. Zufahrt unmöglich. Das Appartement ist ziemlich klein, nur Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das Bad war sehr klein und auf warmes Wasser hat man lange gewartet. Es gibt keinen TV und ein Weinglas und Zapfenzieher such man vergeblich und das in einem "italienischen Haushalt" ???

Allt! Magiskt boende med en fantastisk värd! Lägenheten hade allt man kunde önska sig + en gudomlig terrass. Nära till allt inkl. Tåg som kan ta en till närliggande byar om man så vill.

Har inget att klaga på vad gäller detta boende. Vill tillbaka.

A környék gyönyörű, a panoráma pazar, a szállásadó rendkívül segítőkész, figyelmes.

A környezet, a panoráma gyönyörű, ám ennek ára, hogy nagyon sok lépcsőn lehet csak megközelíteni a szálláshelyet, autóval egyáltalán nem, és bár Filippo segített felcipelni a csomagokat, a napi lejárás idősebb, vagy fájós lábú embereknek komoly nehézséget okoz.

Fantastisk. Vi längtar redan tillbaka!

Otrolig utsikt över havet! Fantastisk terass. Ren och fräsch lägenhet, med det mesta vi behövde för en bekväm semester. Trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Babysäng och babystol fanns och passade våra behov. Enkelt att resa till och från med tåg, då tågstationen är nära. Fick bra tips från värden om närområdet, Sori är en mysig by!

Önskar att det fanns mikrovågsugn. Allt annat var perfekt!

Lokalizacja i widok super. Nawet to strome wejście nie przeszkadzało, gdy na górze czekał tak wspaniały widok. Dookoła cisza i spokój. Prywatny taras był super. Gospodarz bardzo miły, pomógł nam wnieść bagaże i wszystko wytłumaczył. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Parking jak na warunki liguryjskie super :)

Obiekt nie bardzo przystosowany do nocowania 5-oso owej rodziny, było dosyć ciasno. Słaba wentylacja w łazience, wilgoć sie cały czas utrzymywała. Mało akcesoriów do gotowania w kuchni, brak akcesoriów do sprzątania.
