Accommodation was on good spot there was train going next to it but for us ut wasn’t a problem. It had everything in kit

I liked how close it was to the sea and kitchen had all of the needed tools same as bathroom. WiFi was working good. It was spacious.

Nice apartment close to the sea. The keys pickup was without problems. The hosts communicate immediately.

It is difficult to park there. There are a few parking places, free of charge on the street, but they are usually occupied. There is no other option around. There is a train about 50m from the apartment. It may wake you up at night.

I’d visit it again.

The location was good as it was close to sea and good restaurants. The hosts were extra specially helpful with printing out of some paperwork. Bedroom was comfortable.

The noise of the trains was inconvenient as we were next to the railway line/station.

Soggiorno piacevole, appartamento carino e funzionale

Proprietari molto disponibili, ci hanno dato molte utili informazioni. Appartamento abbastanza nuovo e funzionale, molto carino e ben arredato, dotato di tutto quel che serve per un buon soggiorno.

La cucina al piano terra e il soggiorno al piano superiore rendono la preparazione dei pasti/tavola un po' scomodi: se si è più di 2 si è costretti a mangiare al piano superiore, andando su e giù per le scale. Non consiglierei questo appartamento a delle persone anziane o con bambini molto piccoli. La struttura è molto vicina alla ferrovia e a un passaggio a livello per cui nella stretta strada sottostante si formano lunghe code. L'uso o spostamento della macchina è complicato da questo aspetto. Tuttavia, l'appartamento è molto ben insonorizzato dunque il frequente passaggio di treni non è fastidioso.

Maison bien décorée et bien aménagée. Située à 500 m de la plage et à proximité de commerçants. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles.

Cette maison est idéale pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et un enfant) car le canapé lit dans le salon est très inconfortable. Il faut savoir que le train traverse toute la ville et que cette maison était proche de la voie ferrée dont les trains circulent non stop la nuit.

cela à été laborieux tres peu de train pour aller à Genes ou pour aller ailleurs

l emplacement et la gentillesse des hotes

la douche pas assez de pression d"eau le robinet du lavabo dans la douche est trop long les toilettes sont aux rez de chaussée et les couchages sont à l'etage.la cuisine au rez de chaussée se trouve a 20 metres de la barrierre du passage à niveau donc quand les voitures sont à l'arrret nous ecoutons la musique des autos en meme temps que leurs conducteurs .la piece du haut à été cloisonneé pour mettre un lit et deux divans (c'est juste un dortoir)clim trop bruyante nous avons été obligés de la fermer la clim.l appartement est juste à coté de la ligne de chemin de fer mais ce nest pas trop bruyant avec des boules quies.j'ai loue un appartement et non pas une déco ne pas se fier aux photos
