The house is located in San Bernardo, a hamlet of the Ligurian village on the sea, Bogliasco. Dominant position with total sea view from Monte di Portofino to Capo Mele. Near the parish church. Access through two flights of external stairs (one to go down and one to go up). Upstream of the house there are two strips of property used as a vegetable garden and a garden with a BBQ table and chairs under a beautiful iron pergola
