With little improvements it could be nice place to stay.

Location is perfect to visit Recco and go for a walk to Camogli. Close to railway station. Parking is not in the same building but is great if you come with the car (with longer car parking can be little challenging).

Bathroom needs full renovation. There are just painted walls even in the shower cabin. Sink in the bathroom was fully jammed. Not enough dishes in the kitchen. Cigarette smell regardless smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

For couple days, ok

Nice and moder apartment, with nice parking place

Near train stantion, so all the time, you will hear trains. Bad sound isolation so you hear that neighbours doing 🫣 main bad thing is static electricity.. all the time when you use something dish washer, washing machine and ect you fill electricity.. it not safe and comfortable, specially if you have pets or kids! Also, where was no oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee. If you are renting apartment, i think where must be basic things..

L’appartamento era molto freddo nonostante il riscaldamento fosse acceso Gli scarichi erano tutti intasati dopo avere fatto la lavastoviglie lo scarico e’ arrivato fino al lavandino della cucina Il pavimento e il rivestimento del bagno della doccia e del box doccia e’ tutto rovinato

Appartamento situato vicino alla stazione e a due passi dal centro. Box al chiuso e incluso nel costo a 2 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento super apprezzato! Locali spaziosi e ben arredati

Nell’appartamento mancavano delle semplici tovagliette e degli strofinacci per la cucina. Prendendo la casa per pochi giorni non ho pensato di portarmeli da casa, pensavo ci fossero. La pulizia non del tutto ottimale, abbiamo trovato dei capelli qua e là

Non c è biancheria per cucina e tavola ( tovaglia,, asciugapiatti etc), scarso pentolame a dimensioni piccole, doccia funzionante ma bagno rovinato e maltenuto, senza ventola...purtroppo siamo capitati in giorni di ristrutturazione esterna della palazzina ed alcune finestre( tra cui il bagno) non si potevano aprire per i ponteggi con operai che lavorano. Tra i numerosi avvisi ricevuti prima di registrarsi, alloggiare e pagare...questa comunicazione importante è stata taciuta! Peccato...

Sehr zentral, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Strand, Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum sind sehr bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert. Werden wir bestimmt gerne wiederkommen.

L’appartement est très agréable et pratique pour les visites!

L’accueil par Anne, elle parle français et elle sait tout ce que nous avons besoin de savoir! Le balcon avec la vue de la ville nous a beaucoup plu! Et la gare est juste en face, 100m de l’appartement 😊 il est bien grand pour 2 personnes, bien moderne et propre aussi! Nous l’avons vraiment beaucoup aimé!

Le parking n’est pas sur place, il faut 2-3 minutes à pied. Donc c’est un peu compliqué pour la valise. Mais comme c’est compliqué, il faut quelqu’un qui accueille le locataire et qui explique comment se passe😉 donc c’est beaucoup mieux que l’arrivée autonome.

Casa molto luminosa e spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, sale e olio, phon, lavatrice e lavastoviglie...). Arredi e utensili nuovi, ottimo il lettino per il bimbo. L'host molto disponibile e cortese!

Pulizia non impeccabile (ma comunque dignitosa!). Segnalo la presenza di 4 gradini per accedere all'immobile, un po' scomodi per chi ha il passeggino. Dopo i 4 gradini, è presente l'ascensore per salire al piano.
