Great location, comfortable bed and a clean room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Nothing major — we had a pleasant stay.

Great location in food street near grand bazaar and walk to blue mosque also good access to tram to get to ferry wharf
Older room not always hot water staff charged higher price for washing than advertised in the room. Corrected when when I pointed out the difference was double the advertised price

The location was excellent..walked easily to locations like Topkapi museum, blue mosque, grand bazaar. Very centrally located to explore this old and historic side of Istanbul. Reception staff especially Mr. Qadri was very professional and extremely supportive. Helped me with navigating directions, translating important information to helping with advice on best routes etc. A big, big thanks to him.

The hotel had been just renovated so looks nice . The budget rooms are real budget - can’t move around. Book a bigger room
AC was not good - needs a good clean
