Sheer perfection all the way.

This place is simply a gem, in every way ; super-clean, super-cosy and generous hosts. And for me the added bonus was the free and easy access to a whole range of Streaming Services through the T.V. . The Museum "MUSEE VIEILLE MONTAGNE" is definitely worth a visit too, since this little quaint city used to be known as "MORESNET", an independent and neutral Country that existed for over 100 years (1816 until 1921). Few people are aware of this. And then i did not even mention the wonderful nature around it, with lot's of attractive walking trails. Just SUPER.

I am a very critical person by nature, but could not find anything negative here, i would rather call it "Japanese Style" - Perfection (not the House / Apartment itself of course, which is cosy and traditional, typical for these parts of OSTBELGIEN). So my answer to this question is : not applicable.

Alles was aanwezig. Het was netjes en mooi onderhouden. Fijne tuin om in te zitten. Je krijgt heel veel ruimte.

Het was een heerlijk weekje

Het was met een buitentemperatuur van ongeveer 30 graden een heerlijk koel huis. Ook de tuinterras(sen) boden verkoeling. Daarnaast is de woning compleet ingericht, supermarkt en een wandelknooppunt op 200 meter.

Fijne plek in een bijzonder stukje land

Ruime woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligt centraal tussen museum en casinovijver en het centrum. Alles op loopafstand en toch in rustige straat met voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Het bed was wat doorgezakt zodat je naar elkaar toe rolt en het huis is wat gehorig.

- Vriendelijke eigenaren, - Ruim & koel appartement, - Je had je eigen gedeelte in de tuin waar je kon zitten. Hier kon ik ook mijn motor stallen. - Op loopafstand had je restaurants & een supermarkt.

Hartelijk ontvangst door de verhuurders! Het is een ruim appartement met een directe uitloop naar gemeubileerd terras en mooie tuin. Binnen is sfeervol ingericht met een compacte keuken voorzien van alle faciliteiten (zonder vaatwasser). Prima uitvalsbasis voor het centrum van Kelmis en veel wandelroutes.

Brandschoon en een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

De communicatie was helder en het appartement was brandschoon en al verwarmt. Erg prettig.

1 groot minpunt vonden wij wel dat er op het 2p bed geen 2p dekbed lag. We hebben nog gezocht naar een 2p dekbedovertrek om van 2x1 1x2 te maken, maar niet gevonden. We zijn gedurende de nacht een paar keer wakker geweest omdat samen slapen met een klein dekbed toch wel kou geeft. Het 2e dekbed woelt er toch af.

Super vriendelijke ontvangst in een prettig appartement

Goede prijs, fijn om te verblijven, kon er prima koken, fijne bank, tv met netflix, prima badkamer, leuke tuin, hele aardige mensen.

Beetje gehorig van woonhuis naar het appartement (wel echt heerlijk rustig geslapen), bed beetje smal.

Perfect appartement als uitvalsbasis om van alles in de omgeving te doen

het was heel lekker warm en comfortabel. Alles was er. Het is een perfecte basis voor wandelingen en uitstapjes in de omgeving. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die boven wonen en die het belangrijk vinden het je naar de zin te maken .je kan alles vragen

Erholsamer Ort auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Die Vermieter, Nicole und Robert, sind gut gelaunt und herzlich für ihre Gäste da, bei Bedarf können sie viele Tipps geben! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Ausreichend Platz zum Parken gibt es auf der Straße, in der wärmeren Jahreszeit kann man draußen sitzen. Nochmals vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder!
