After staying at the Chez Coco Apartment, we realised why it was so much booked and was in demand! It is definitely the best apartment one could ask for. Ute and her mother are so sweet and even kept our luggage for so many hours after the check-out, which is a rare find. The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the photos.

Perfect for the Vennbahn

Such a treat to be able to spread out. Everything you could wish for is provided by the friendly host. Clean, comfortable and stylish with a safe place to leave bikes. Great communication and easy to access. Lots of interesting restaurants and services nearby; as well as being close to the train station and the start of the Vennbahn cycle trail. A great stop on our bike tour.

It was nice to sty at this apartment . The owner was super cool and helped us with everything.Apartment location is a big plus. I would definitely want to book this apartment next time whenever I visit the city

Great place to stay !

Chez Coco 2 is an excellent location to stay when visiting Aachen. It is a few bus stops or 1 train stop away from central Aachen. It is a well equipped apartment for your requirements- in my case, I stayed 2 nights with my partner and child and everything was fine. Highly recommended !

Very good value and location for stop-over to France

Extremely good value for money. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located near local restaurants and stores. The kitchen is very well equipped and coffee, tea, small bottle of wine, sodas, and basic cooking ingrediens included in the price. Good place for dogs with local park nearby. Friendly host. Perfect for our need (stop over on our way to France).

Positive stay, I'd take it again while in Aachen.

Very nice apartment for reasonable price. Ute, our host, speaks perfect English. Very helpful with my broken Deutsch. Close to the ring road and the highway, few bus stops from the strict center. I slept like a baby and liked it a lot for a family stayover.

Mabe few more items in the kitchen ,but frankly, this is up to anyone to decide.

Nice stay

A very nice apartment, very well equipped, warm and sunny. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even more: things like oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, welcome drinks in the fridge. Even though, there is a railway just in front of the apartment it didn't disturb us at all - you could not hear the trains passing!

There should be a curtain in the kitchen as there is light from outside all the night long and there is no way of blocking it from coming into the living room. It might disturb if you sleep there. Pillows :( I usually sleep on a flat pillow at home but this was super super flat and soft. You need 2 of them to feel something under your head...

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Even the sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. Location at walkable distance from the city centre and well connected by public transport.

AMAZING

We had an amazing stay at Ute’s apartment. Ute was incredibly kind and inviting. She was really responsive and made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. She provided us with clear instructions for the WIFI, TV, heating and check-out. The apartment is spacious and decorated with great style, we were amazed by each room. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy. There were plentiful towels available for use, neatly rolled in a box in the bathroom. There was lots of cooking utensils, food items to use for cooking (e.g oil) as well as coffee and tea. Ute left us some drinks in the fridge for free. You can park for free on the street which is a bonus in a city. The apartment is only a short 20 minute walk from the centre. There are also bus routes nearby. Overall we were blown away with how Ute made us feel and how great the apartment was. I feel she should increase her prices.

Ute is an incredibly kind host, welcoming us with some drinks in the fridge (for each taste: water, juice, beer, even wine!) - very appreciated in a warm day at the end of August - and a snack for our dog. The apartment is super comfortable, equipped with everything you can need during your stay, and very close to the S-bahn and bus station for the city centre that is also reachable by 20 minutes walking. Strongly recommend!

Soundproof, fully equipped apartment

Silence and a comfortable bed were my priorities and this apartment absolutely fulfilled them. It is located right near the train tracks, but the windows are soundproof, plus the bedroom windows are facing the courtyard and I enjoyed complete silence at night. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has everything one needs, even for a longer stay.

Minor things: no place in the bathroom to put your toiletries and I would have liked a better, stiffer pillow.

Nicely remodeled

We stayed 2 nights and appreciated the comfortable bed, sofa, and the well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We had a fan with us which helped me as I slept on the sofa, which was comfortable. The street is too noisy with cars to leave the window open at night. The building itself was quiet, just some footsteps overhead once in awhile. The host provided coffee and filters, sugar, milk, tea, beer, napkins and many other thoughtful touches. Thank you so much! Her English is also excellent which meant we could have a nice conversation. We would stay again if we ever return to Aachen.

Parking is on the street, a very long street, but was not always available near the building. The street had a lot of litter, but we only care about the apartment, which was spotless! There are about 20 stairs to the apartment. Some small glasses in the kitchen would be nice. If we hadn’t had our own fan we would have been quite uncomfortable. A curtain in the kitchen would be a big help to anyone who sleeps on the sofa.

Excellent place to be based in Aachen

This apartment is well take care of by the owner, a friendly lady who answers any request. It is clean and its kitchen is very well equipped. It is located about 25 minutes walk from the old town of Aachen. Nearby is an array of Turkish restaurants and a little train station.

All went fine, nothing to dislike. If you have heavy luggage, please note it is located on the first floor without elevator and stairs are steep.
