We didn’t stay due to circumstances, we didn’t ask for a refund because it was personal choices. Feels like a family cot

This location has some giant red flags in terms of “street” appeal, but I don’t think it’s bad depending on your situation. If I were single/with other adults and on a serious budget, I would stay here. Kelmis has an interesting history so for that, it’s very close. The grounds were very well kept, would be nice to walk around.

The building next to it had the roof falling in while some apartments had lovely gardens etc. This was probably a great resort or vacation location 30-60 years ago. It was Tidy, Clean, but not without odour from fridge or the one room, though this was likely age and other situations the owner doesn’t control. I had four children with me who were all afraid to stay here so he had to leave and rent another hotel.

niet echt iets, dan toch : te smalle doorgang om binnen te kunnen, maar ach het was er prima voor de tijd dat ik er vertoefde.

Beetje jammer

We kregen een helemaal ander appartement dan dat we hadden geboekt. Op de foto’s zag het er gezellig uit, maar in werkelijkheid was het erg ongezellig. Een bank en 2 bedden stonden in de ‘huiskamer’ ipv de gezellige barkrukken van de foto’s. De wc bleef doorlopen, de stortbak was gebroken en de sproeier van de douche kon niet opgehangen worden. Matrassen waren erg dun!

Basic verblijf in de grensstreek

De locatie van deze appartementen gebouw A t/m D ligt net buiten Kelmis en voor wandelen of fietsen een perfecte uitvalsbasis.

In dit specifieke apartement (ik heb ook andere appartementen gehuurd) waren de matrassen oud of van slechte kwaliteit. In de keuken ontbreken wat haakjes voor handdoek en theedoek in de badkamer zou een plankje in de douche erg prettig zijn. Tevens zou de wifi bekend gemaakt kunnen worden als verbetering.

A padló ragadt a kosztól, az edények piszkosak voltak, a fűtés gyenge, még a plusz olajradiátorral is hideg volt a szoba április elején. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a WIFI rendben.

Klein, maar alles was er. Uiteindelijk was het maar enkel om 1 overnachting te doen. Meer moest het niet zijn. Alleen jammer dat we het servies en bestek moesten afwassen voor we het konden gebruiken.
