Mandera's Boutique Suites & Dorms

What I especially liked about the hotel was its very central location. The city center is just a few minutes’ walk away, and from there you can easily reach the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and souvenir shops. It is also close to the sea, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I also appreciated that the check-in and check-out process is very uncomplicated. There is almost no personal contact, but all the necessary information is provided in advance and clearly communicated, so everything works smoothly.

What I liked less was the bathroom. During my stay, I had the impression that only superficial cleaning was done. For example, the floor was not properly dried. It would be helpful to provide a mop so that guests can dry the floor themselves if needed. Also, replacing the current flooring with proper tiles would give a much more professional and high-quality impression. At the moment, the plastic-type flooring does not look very nice, and moisture seeps underneath, which looks quite unhygienic. Another point is that towels are not changed regularly. However, this was not a very important issue for me.

The room is a little smaller than the pictures

Fantastic location in close proximity to the major sites of Valletta. Lovely charming building with a small kitchen on the ground floor and lift. The rooms were a good size with A/C on to cool the room, privacy curtains and comfortable beds.

The bathroom was small but was well allocated.

Very nice hostel, comfortable and well located. Beds are comfortable and private.

Bathroom at 3rd floor would need a little a refreshment
