Really nice location. The courtyard rooms have almost no street noise. The kitchen is well equipped.
The mattress is basically two thin foam mattresses stacked up, and they have zero support.

Location was great for the town, and check-in/out was easy with a code. Communication from host was excellent.
Sheets and towels were dirty; if I had been staying for longer and hadn't brought my own towels, I would have complained at the time. Bed was quite uncomfortable and I would recommend a new mattress for the room.
